LIGO Optical Lever Calibration Instrument

KineOptics designed and fabricated this instrument for calibrating a quad cell for beam offset. It attaches quickly to an opening and is set with an adjustment screw. Then the center ring with it's optical flat is flipped about 20 degrees to generate the offset. Small magnets instead of springs are used to provide the proper over center flip flop of the center ring and it's optical flat.
